Changes to Drop in Sessions

We just wanted to let you about some changes to our drop in sessions.  We will be adding a Tuesday evening 7pm – 9pm and Saturday 1pm – 4pm but the Monday morning session will cease starting w/c 21st September. These open crafting sessions are a fantastic opportunity to work on your own projects.  You can come along and use our space and our equipment (and drink our coffee and eat our cookies ;-))and make whatever takes your fancy. Charity Event at Kingsway Community Centre

Time To Create will be at Kingsway Community Centre tomorrow 12:30-3pm, supporting the MooMusic and Friends Charity Event. There will be Tile Painting and Bracelet Beading available to have a go at. 50% of our proceeds will go back to the charity over and above our cost of hiring the table. A Crafty Bunch!

A crafty bunch getting busy at today’s drop in session.  Today there was paracord weaving, beaded bracelet making, decoupage work, a simple sewn notebook made and some sun catchers decorated. First Taster Course, Family Guinea Pigs

For our first Crafty Taster day we roped in the family a selection of ages as you can see from the pics, the youngest being just 3 ½yrs, although mostly we will cater for 10-12yrs upwards depending on the course. Everyone had a great time even the 13 year old Harry said how much fun it was and that he was going to take his creations to show his art teacher! New Beginnings, Exciting Times

The idea for Time to Create came about gradually over the course a few months, discussions mostly held whilst walking the dog. The catalyst in the first instance was when Chris was made redundant from a corporate position and decided to plunge ahead with his product photography and restoration business.
